Q: I have an old bottle of one of your products.  Is it still good to drink?
A: Generally, our products are good to drink indefinitely, though if the bottle has been opened it may no longer have optimum taste.  We do not recommend keeping our cream-based products if they are over a year old.  We also recommend refrigerating cream-based products once opened.  (top#)
   
Q: I have an old bottle of one of your products.  Does it have any value?
A: We are not in the collectibles market and do not have any information on current value.  Please check a collectibles book in your local bookstore or library or an auction/collectibles site on the internet.  (top#)
   
Q: Where can I find one of your products in my area?
A: Check the Distributor/Broker List link to find the distributor/broker in your area and contact them.  If they are unable to answer your question, submit your name, address, city, state, zip and the product your are searching for to the address on the Contact Us page and we will find the retailer nearest you.  (top#)
   
Q: Where can I get t-shirts, hats or other merchandise for your brands?
A: Occasionally we have in-store offers or on-sight events where merchandise is available.  (top#)
   
Q: Where can I get labels, signs and the like?

Q: Can you send me a sample of some of your products?
A: We cannot send samples to consumers.  (top#)
   
Q: I haven't received my rebate check.  When can I expect it?
A: If 6 to 8 weeks have passed since you submitted your rebate request and you have not yet received a response, submit your name, address, city, state, zip, and phone number to the address on the Contact Us page and we will forward your message to our processing department to expedite payment.  Please allow several weeks.  (top#)
   
Q: I can't get the UPC label off the bottle to send in with my rebate coupon.
A: We recommend soaking the bottle in warm water first.  If the UPC code does not come off in its entirety, please tape the pieces to a separate sheet of paper for submission.  We have instructed our fulfillment company to honor requests that include incomplete UPC codes.  (top#)

A: We do not keep historical information as such of the brands we acquire/develop.  Please check your local library or the internet for available information.  (top#)
   
Q: I have a recipe for you.  Where do I submit it?
